My dog hates when strangers talk to him with a baby voice

My dog has been with me for 3 years, I adopted him when he was 1yo. He was very anxious when he first arrived but little by little he has started to relax. However, lately (6 months or so) he's developed a weird habit: he will snap at any stranger that talks to him with a baby voice. Which is hard to avoid since that's like the automatic voice tone that every person uses when they see him, specially because he's a big fluffy samoyed, he looks really cute.

I don't know why that happens and I don't know how to stop it. There's no issue if I'm the one talking to him like that, he won't snap at me or at any member of my family. But with the rest of people he just growls and immediately tries to bite them.

I've tried to walk him when there's not lots of people around, but that's not the solution of the problem and I really want him to be friendly with people.

Any suggestions?
