So my girlfriend and I just got a pet mouse! It's been 4 days since we got her, and we started out slow handing treats through the bars, worked our way up the third day to treats on the hand. She'll walk up onto my hand to look for treats but once she finds the treat (or not) she'll run back down into her hidey hole or hide behind her wheel. She won't use her wheel either. She seems a bit afraid of us when she runs away.. Any advice? We just want to be good mouse parents to our tiny mouse daughter.
