Not sure if I can throw away the toy mice, also still feel gulty

Hello, I will try to make this short. I had three cats, two since I was 5 and one since I was 10. I had to let my cat Angel go in March of 2018. She was diagnosed with hyperthyroidism and I started giving her medicine, but in the end her tongue got a blood clot and killed the tissue so she couldn't eat. I had to choose between euthanizing or trying surgery to remove the tissue and syringe feeding her every couple hours. She was about 13 and 1/2 so the surgery would have been very hard on her. I also live by myself so I could not syringe her every couple hours because I have to work. I decided to euthanize her so she wouldn't starve to death. I just feel guilty, I should've taken her to the vet sooner. I just thought older cats getting scrawny was normal, but she got very skinny so I did some research and saw that wasn't true. I just miss her so much, it's been over a year but I still get very upset by it. She started telling me something was very wrong in the end because she got extremely clingy and would even lay on my side when I was trying to sleep. I just hope I did the right thing, but anyways the cat that grew up with her started to pick up the three toy mice and would carry them around and meow loudly. I'm not sure if they had Angel's scent on them and she started looking for her or what. For awhile she would bring them in the bed with her or put them on her pet stairs. The mice are not old and nasty and the feathers are tore off etc. I would like to get new ones but I'm afraid to throw them away in case my other cat is attached to them? The cat that is a little younger didn't seem to miss Angel too much so I don't think he will care but I don't want my cat that grew up with her to get depressed again if I get rid of those toys. She hasn't really messed with them for months now though so maybe she stopped looking for Angel? Do you think it's okay now to throw them away and get new ones?
