Too much medicine?

So I have this rabbit (Goose is her name) who wasabout 6 1/2 years old. Goose has recently had a bunch of gunk around her left eye and I took her to the vet who said that it's probably a tear duct problem. Instead of flushing it out they gave me medicine to give her. I also had them draw blood and run tests which came back saying that she had low iron. In the past couple months (before the vet visit) she lost about 1/2 lb (putting her at 4.6 lbs) which I know is problematic but she was still eating and drinking plenty (poops looked normal.) She recently passed away after being on the medicine for about a week and I'd like to know if they prescribed her too much. She was given 1.3 ml of SMZ TMP twice a day, another medicine that was 1ml a day called Metecam (both of those were for her eyes), and 1 ml of Liqui-Tinic twice daily. Was this too much? I wasn't expecting her to pass away so soon as she lives inside the house, and the only problem I noticed was her eye.
