Took in dumped kittens, now what?

My friend lives out in the country, and someone dumped a litter of kittens at her house. And she posted how adorable they are on FB, and I told her I would take them. They seem to be younger than typical weaning age. I'm having my husband get kitten formula and bottles and kitten food, and washcloths to wet and wipe their butts with to help them poop. I currently have them in a closet with a box on its side, and a heating pad on low, and another box with a fuzzy blanket in it. I put two dishes of food in there. One with watered hard cat food, and one with canned soft cat food smushed up. They've nibbled/lapped the soft food a little so far, so I think they're probably about a month or 6 weeks old maybe? Any advice on getting these guys healthy and happy? They seem healthy enough, although very tiny. They are loud with their mewing, and are currently curled up on the heating pad all purring. Any advice on what else I can do to help them grow up good?
