Long story short I got my cat about a year when she was 12 weeks old, I got injured at work and have been off for about a year so, and I lived in a apartment where she couldn’t really go out, lady we rented from had cat that was semi feral, coupled with injury we had spent almost every waking hour together. Recently I had had to move in with some friends, (they have animals but she acclimated to being around them in the first couple weeks) however roommate brought a couple kittens home about a month back and mine hasn’t been the same. She was always a kinda on her own time kinda cat, but now she’s acting really weird, not eating/drinking as much(at least in my room where her stuff is), won’t even tolerate me picking her up for more than a few seconds now, going into more secluded spots to sleep, etc Been giving her alone time and like making sure she knows I’m still her human, but it’s getting to a point where I’m kinda lost like is she going to be like this until we find new homes for the kittens or what can I do?
