I’ve had an issue with my cat peeing on my bed for nearly a year now. I did not have this issue until her sister had to be put down. After losing her sister, she developed separation anxiety and thats when the peeing issues began. I started keeping her out of my room while I’m gone (since she only pees on my bed) and it worked for a few weeks, but now she’s taken to using my bed when I’m home and in the room. I’ve taken her to the vet to rule out any urinary tract issues and she’s perfectly healthy. Her litter box is cleaned twice daily and I’ve tried different litters and boxes to see if that was the issue. Do any of you have tips for how to possibly combat this behavior? I’m tired of having to spend three hours washing my bedding a minimum of three times a week.
