Hi there! I’ve had my cat (Gamora) for about a year. I got her from a local rescue and she was in a foster home with what I have been told lots of different animals. Anyway, for the past year it’s just been me and her in my one-bedroom apartment, and she seems really happy.
But, I recently got a job out of state, and I am obviously bringing her with me. The only thing I’m worried about is I am moving in with a girl who has a medium-size dog. The girl said that the dog is really nice and it shouldn’t be an issue, but I just wanted to reach out and see if any of you had any advice on how to acclimate them? I’m worried because she’s been super spoiled being the only other living thing at my place and I think she really enjoys being the center of attention.
Also advice is welcome on how to deal with a cat yowling on a 18 hour car ride. SOS.
