We have two cats. Nyx 6M and Loki 4M both fixed. Nyx has been at the appartment and Loki came with me when I moved in 4 months ago. We kept them separated for 2 months behind separate doors and eventually tried to introduce them by just opening the doors. Loki sees Nyx and starts to growl, his and ether back away in a corner or try to hide. Anyway Nyx just full on attacks Loki. He bled a few times and my wife and I feel terrible. We tried to spray Nyx every time he attacks Loki with a water bottle. And sometimes it's too late so we grab Nyx and spray him directly in the face while scold him. We have tried putting Nyx in a carrier and out in the open giving Loki free reign. Nothing seems to be working, Loki is terrified, Nyx wont stop attacking him. We are desperate for any advice on what to do.
TL:DR Fixed male cats wont stop fighting and we aren't sure how to get them to get along.
