My kitten is about 5/6 months old. I have been feeding him just generic supermarket brand cat food and he's been fine. Last Friday he ran out of food and I was out shopping in town, I almost forgot to buy him food so I just got a 4 pack of Felix to put him on until I went shopping. I went shopping the next day and whiskas cat food was on offer so I bought him that. Anyway, he's had quite soft, pale poos for a few days (today is day 3). He seems absolutely fine in himself, still meowing and nagging at me for food and treats and being a pain as usual. But his poos REALLY smell, and I heard him pretty much farting it out the other night. I haven't given him any treats for 3 days as I don't want to upset it any further.
Do you think the change in food over the past few days has caused his bad tummy? I'm going to get his usual cat food today and stick to that because he was always fine with that.
