So recently i took my dog to the vet because he had been coughing up blood and he said he might have a tumor since there was a bump that was growing by his left hind leg and stomach so he told us to go to a different animal hospital, we went there and they said it might be heartworms so they took his blood and he was positive for heartworms but they never mentioned anything about the bump and im worried about him actually having a tumor should i call back and tell them or is that a symptom of heartworms?
