I have already asked on AskVet but couldn't get an answer unfortunately. My adult female tabby has coronavirus and some longterm abnormal liver levels. She's on a milk thistle-turmeric supplement given by the vet for liver. She was using Fortiflora daily to support her immune system for coronavirus. I'm looking for the best replacement for daily use and found these probiotics at different clinics but lost on which one would be better to support for immune system and not cause diarrhea or constipation. I would appreciate if you could share your input.

This is from a Russian company VedaVet and very popular in our country, vets recommend it but am I wrong to think the ingredients list seem shady? I'm no vet so of course I might be wrong but it certainly is an unusual ingredients list.
