My cat likes to dig like a dog when hes in his litter box, no matter if it's freshly cleaned or slightly used. The litter gets everywhere in the box I built for housing his litter box. Any cat owners have advice on how to discourage his behavior? I'm contemplating buying a hooded litter box but if i can fix this behavior somehow I'd like to give it a shot. I appreciate any and all ideas and recommendations :) thank you
