Cat in heat, no availability for spaying.

My cat is in heat and I'm not able to spay her because of a suspension of minor surgery on pets due to COVID-19.

She's an entirely indoor cat and gets at least 2 sessions of 20 minute active playtime a day. She's in heat for the first time at ~7 months old (Idk her exact age because I rescued her as an ~6 week old kitten when I found her in a bush in the Bayou).

I'm just hoping to keep her relaxed when she gets worked up over the next few weeks until I can get her spayed. She's kind of stressed from this and I want her to feel okay while she's going through it. She's been exibihting this behavior for 3 days now and the vet ruled out any urinary problems.

Any advice to keep her calm? I understand that she's at the whim of her hormones but I want her to be okay. Thanks!
