So ive had cats my whole life and have had these particular two for a year and a half. After a recent move we are confined to a much smaller space(a small studio instead of a 1 bedroom) and they have decided that from 2am-6am they need to play nonstop and i cannot get them to stop. My alarm is at 6 am so it pretty much means that i cant get more than 4 hours of sleep a night, i love them but they are driving me insane, how do i get them to stop. They have food and water throughout the night, one of them has just suddenly decided these 4 hours should be her playtime and literally tears around the room, eventually waking up the other one and them they are both chasing after each other. This only happens when i have my alarm set at 6am which means i go to bed at 10 instead of 12. Ive tried playing with them before bed, locking them in the bathroom, and catnip before bed. They always stop and go to sleep at around 5:30 right before my alarm. Please help, im exhausted
