Found a (very friendly) budgie out in the cold. Any immediate tips for care?

It (she?) was fluttering around near a road in ~40 F weather, and wasn't too hard to convince to hop on my hand and come inside. I've contacted the local humane society and nearby apartment building to let them know I have someone's lost pet. But as I wait for an owner to come forward, any immediate tips? Or signs of poor health to check for? I'm conflicted about taking her to a vet right now, since folks in my area are supposed to be sheltering in place.

More details:

She's able to fly across my apartment, though it looks kinda frantic when she does so. I've bought her some budgie seed mix, which she was very enthused about. Offers of apples and carrots have had less response. I'm using a spare bathroom (mirror covered and toilet closed) as a temporary cage at night. (Planning to buy a proper cage if no owner comes forward in a few days) She's drunk from dishes of water and left plenty of messes around.
