So I have a cockatiel for 9 months now (which I think is a female since she doesnt imitiate any sound she hears) but she just hates me for some reason. I always give her the space she needs, take as good care for her as I can and I even talk with her everyday and she responds wirh sounda but whenever I come close or put my hand inside her cage she just hisses and tries to bite me (I dont move my hand when she does that to show that I'm not scared). I see in the internet that normally these birds are really social and I just want to pet her, get her out of the cage and stuff but I just cant. What should i do?
