I had noticed about a week ago that one of his pupils was smaller and his eyes were different tones of blue, but that has seemed to even out, he gets scared very easily and starts crying whenever I pick him up (which his brother doesn't do). Today I noticed that when I put my phone really close to him to take a picture he didn't notice so I proceeded to wave my finger in front of his eyes; he didn't follow or even focus on it, I also tried to put my finger almost touching his eye and he didn't blink or squint nor did he seemed to notice it, is it just because he is young? His mother is an outdoor cat, I don't know if that could have anything to do with it
