We've got two indoor/outdoor cats, and although we've been using Advocate from the vet we've got fleas in the house. It might be the case that we need to try a new treatment, but our vet is only taking emergencies at the moment.
We've hoovered and cleaned and sprayed, but the motherlode seems to be the sofa- it's fabric and wood, and so old that a thorough cleaning might make it fall apart. None too comfortable either, and we've been thinking of replacing it anyway.
So it there a sort of fabric that fleas can't live in, or don't like? I think we can keep on top of the problem if there's not a massive flea palace in the middle of the room kicking them out by the thousand.
Any advice would be very welcome.
