I have a kitten abt a month old and he has some sort of “pink bag or pouch” and it’s hanging and looks kinda swollen. The other kitten (I have twins) also has the same “pouch” but it’s significantly smaller and not noticeable. I’m not sure what’s wrong or what to do.
