Hi, my childhood cat is now 15, and recently he has refused to eat most of the pet food that we had been giving him. He would leave a full bowl, even after given fresh food. It was only when we opened a pack of raw chicken that he started begging, and he ate the whole thing. After a visit to the vet it's been determined that he has kidney issues related to his age, but basically as long as he is eating he will be okay.
Has anyone had a picky cat that needed to be fed a homemade diet? I understand that it's quite a tricky chemical balance and will be needing additional supplements.
He goes crazy over green peas :)
