I normally use this brand of toothpaste on my cat:

Unfortunately the last order I received the blister pack appears to have opened up. Has anyone else ordered this product and encountered something similar? If so, did you use it or were you also concerned for tampering? It could have opened from movement via shipping and poor adhesive on the packaging itself.
