I'm don't really know what to do. It cost $200 to take him to this hospital the day he passed away because the crematorium wouldn't have been open for a total of 24 hours after he passed. I couldn't handle knowing he was just in the house, I refused to go downstairs where he was after I placed him in a box with some towels. The crematorium is sending a new placard for the box but the hospital basically said there was nothing they could do and she could credit my account $15. I've had him since I was 14 years old. He was 13 and sick and deserves better.
I'm rambling a bit. Is there anything else I could do to fix the paw print? Or is he forever stuck as "Fiz" instead of "Fez"?
