~2 yr old cat with eye infection, can't go to vet because of COVID lockdown

Hi, this morning I noticed my 2 year old male cat has an eye infection as his left eye is red, squinty/half closed and there's some discharge too. His sclera and conjunctiva are VERY red. I did notice a very small amount of discharge yesterday but didn't think anything of it because his eye looked otherwise normal. However since this morning it's very obvious and noticeable. He seems fine overall though, he's eating, is as active as usual, I have not noticed any fever (as in him feeling warmer than usual).

My issue is that I most likely cannot visit a vet til Monday because of the lockdown in my country, so I really need all the help I can get. I do however have access to medications and pharmacies.

Thanks for reading!
