I have a 2 year old Bengal cat Luci and she's absolutely lovely. She's my pride and joy, she's generally very well behaved and doesn't have any issues with anyone.
But... She loves to jump at my legs and play bite/scratch especially when I'm going up the stairs. Once she even bit me when I was in the bathroom and I kneejerk kicked my foot into a glass panel and broke some toes.
She doesn't do this to anyone else, nothing even anything close. I'm sure she's just play biting and doesn't know her own strength but it's becoming more of an issue as she's doing it more and more frequently with me.
I play with her a lot with a variety of toys (feather toys/springs/wands/homemade toys) and I take her on walks with a leash in the garden.
I think it may be my fault because although I don't play rough with her I do chase her around and play hide and seek, and also do small little games where she'll try and go for my fingers but she's very gentle and never hurts me while we're playing.
Any advice on getting her to stop biting my legs? I usually make a loud noise, shout at her and bop her on the nose lightly, but none of this seems to work.
