Just wondering if this is normal. When my cat was about to give birth, she woke me up around 5 AM by pulling on my wrist with her teeth to drag me to her nest to help. It was cool.
Then I thought she would never do it again.
Then the other night, she tried to wake me up again by pulling on my ear with her teeth. When that didn't work, she started biting my hair. Then she kept doing this for ten minutes and I was not getting up. I didn't know why my cat was acting like Lassie.
So she slept on my shoulder and waited. Turns out, she wanted me to get her some water. She was out- and, yes, she got her water.
I never had cats do this before. Is it normal?
