I live in a 500sqft apartment and I would like to get a dog. I’ve done my research on breeds and did not earlier during lockdown because I wasn’t sure I could commit the same amount of time to it afterwards. My work is now shifting to online/work from home so I’m reconsidering it.
My ideal breed is a heeler in terms of level of activity but doesn’t seem to show up on list of apartment dogs. I guess long and short of it, I’m open to other breeds but I’d prefer a mid size companion. Given that I live in an apartment in a big city, is this cruel?
