My mom has an older dog with minor arthritis. The vet gave my mom some pills to give him when his arthritis is acting up (trouble walking, limping) he was playing with my sisters sog earlier, so I thought maybe he needed one. Hes currently laying on my moms bed with her, so I went and asked if I could give him a pill. She said "no, I think hes fine" shes often pretty cheap when it comes to her pets care, but on the other hand, I dont think she would willing let him suffer, if its seemed like he was in pain. Would it be worth arguing with my mom about it? I was thinking of just waiting until she fell asleep to give him one. Would it be cruel if I didnt give him one now?
