I’ve been a dog owner since the longest and know nothing about cats. Once a week I see a cymric cat inspecting my backyard and vanishing. The cat looks pretty healthy size wise (not too plump, not bony). I don’t know if he belongs to anyone; is cymric cats are notably outdoor cats, etc. Should I help kitty out or leave them be? What steps should I take if any?
