my dog is an 8 year old border collie/sheltie mix, about 20 pounds. she’s also been fixed since she was a puppy. the other day I was playing with her and she all of a sudden started humping my arm. she’s never done this with me before at all and I was SHOOK! now she does it every time we play! one of her favorite ways to play is me pushing her away and her fighting back when we are on my bed. she just jumped up on my bed ALREADY HUMPING THE AIR BEFORE I EVEN TOUCHED HER! why would she start doing this all of a sudden?
