Hi people of reddit I had a question for you guys,so anytime I walk my dog there is this house that from the outside looks like a mess.I will always see and hear cats and I question if the owner has too many or even cares for them.Today I walked my dog and noticed one cat was missing a cheek and had blood(no idea if it was dry) and you are able to see the meat,another cat from a distance had an eye that looked like it was purple,I don’t know if it’s normal cat behavior but honestly as a person who loves both cats and dogs and can’t stand to watch animals live with owners who don’t care about them.I want to know if there is anything a 16 year old can do to help,just seeing the cats condition makes me worry that there might be more cats in need
