Found a Sparrow almost a week ago on the ground who wouldn't fly and won't chirp. His parents visited him for two days and then stopped coming back so I took brought it home. At first, he was able to walk but would fall after a few hops and now he can't walk at all. I haven't seen him fly either. He eats on his own but his condition is very bad. There are no vets and shelters near me so I'm not sure what to do.
One of his leg joint is swollen and that's probably the reason why he is not able to walk. If some bird expert can guide me to check if it's fractured or dislocated then I might be able to help the bird. Thanks
