I was running with my sister's five pound dog that just turned one. He loves to do this, I just wanted to make him happy. He decides to run into my leg as I'm running.
He makes THE WORST noise I have ever heard him do. I immediately start bawling, he's all scrunched up and went away from me. My sister runs in and she asks what happened. She's never heard him sound this bad, even when he accidentally got cut while grooming. I bawl more because I said my foot hurts so bad (it feels like someone slammed a softball bat on my foot. I would know because Ive been hit in the head with one several times and this HURT) which means he must be in awful pain. I look at my foot and it's red ALREADY. He (dog) comes over kind of down looking, slumps over in my lap and starts licking me. I bawl more. Does he think I did this on purpose and is trying to win my love back? I don't know, but I kept telling him I loved him so much.
I felt all over his body, no yelps. He has been running around, playing, wagging his tail and etc. Seems perfectly fine. Could he have a concussion? Should we be worried?
Tldr; accidentally kicked dog, awful yelp. Hurt me bad so I feel like it must be the same for him BUT MORE SINCE HE'S FIVE POUNDS. He has been running around, playing and tail wagging since. Should I be worried of a concussion or something?
