Please give me some tips for looking after 3 stray kittens

Hey all, I've been looking after three stray kittens for about a month now, they're all 2ish months old I think by now.

I don't remember how I found them, just that they were there and I gave them some milk and food and now they stay here on my porch on in the garage. I currently live with my parents in a small apartment but I do want to take these 3 with me when I leave for uni (whenever that starts).

I've not taken them to the vet or anything because the nearest one is like 95 miles away, so they've not been given any shots or dewormed or anything.

Since I can't let them indoors, I've also not bathed them yet for fear of them catching a cold or something outside.

For now Ive been feeding them twice a day, its some dry cat food that I found at the supermarket, and give them milk to drink (preferably fresh from a cow but if that's out I use the box milk).

That's about it on how I've been looking after them till now. Given all this info, what are some ways I can improve on raising them? They love to explore and tend to piss off this other big cat that roams around here and im afraid they might get beat up.

If there are any resources on here about detecting if they're sick or unwell please link them to me. Should I be feeding them something different? Like raw or maybe boiled chicken? Are there any meds that they absolutely need? I'd be able to make the drive to get them if need be.

God I love them so much that I don't even know what I don't know.
