So i asked my roommate if he was allergic to cats, he said no. I asked if he had an issue with me getting one, he said no.
I pay a 500$ pet deposit, then suddenly he’s against it because he think he might be allergic because he recently became lactose intolerant and thinks this means he could have developed a cat allergy. I told him I could keep it in my room and put allerpet on it, and he’s convinced this won’t work. He’s not even sure he has an allergy. Any other things I could try to prevent this “allergy” from acting up?
