So 3 months back I got my 18m female cat desexed. She ended up splitting her stitches a week-ish after so she had an emergency vet trip and had to restart the healing process so no jumping, chill play times and restricted access to certain rooms for about 4 weeks. Since then she's been getting increasingly grumpy.
She's been fully healed for 2 months and can go back to her usual life. She started getting grumpy and would occasionally attack people's feet when they walked past the couch and it's escalated to attacking during petting. Now she's always got angry tail almost all the time and she took a chunk out of my leg this afternoon.
I've tried playing with her more, leaving her alone, giving her new climbing posts, more treats but she's just grumpy. She will still sleep next to me every night though so I don't know
