TL;DR: Adopted a cat during pandemic due to what I thought could turn into indefinite home office. Not the case, my company wants me back in a few months. Cat hates being alone and I live in a small apartment that barely tolerates pets. When alone she'll fight tooth and nail until someone comes to the rescue.
I absolutely cannot keep her when the pandemic is over. My heart breaks as I basically raised her, but I have no idea what to do. Shelters will kill her, nobody will take her in. I'm alone in this. I need advice.
