Cat problems. Help me.

How can I in Godsname remediate the following situation and find a solution?

My cat of 3y that has been with me since kitten, is acting extremely but then again, very extremely, disturbing! I love this animal and am looking at anything on how to find a solution to change her bad behavior.

First of all, it's not all her fault, she does live in a small apartment and is rather happy when she's in the outside in the garden but she's not an 'outside-cat' so I can't really let her loose in the street and expect her to come back the next day.

She gets and receives everything that I can afford, a lot of snacks, attention when I cat but apparently that is not enough. She seeks more attention and has resorted to peeing everywhere outside her litter box.

Online blogs and articles all preach that she might have UTI or some infection but no, that's not it and even here I have been working on preventing UTI, etc by feeding her regularly lysine and ACV. Also, the veterinarians are abusive since they charge every visit with large fees only to say that there's nothing wrong.

Facts and problems identified are:

  1. The cat is lonely and need more company or attention.Possible solution is that I reorganise her living space, bring in more sound and visuals and toys. Also maybe invest in Feliway but can Feliway be hazardous to humans? Her living space is close to mine and the apartment is small.

  1. The cat is acting out, and yes they are very able contrary to what some say, being smart and emotional animals cats do show BEHAVIORAL PROBLEMS.

Here I am stuck. She doesn't speak English. How can I in Godsname, get to her so she stops peeing outside of the damn litter box? This has been coming and going and especially when she wants to go to the garden or seeks excessive attention. Please don't tell me that I have to give her away. I would also appreciate more unique and well-thought answers instead of classical ones. As said, I have done a lot of research online and all seems to point out that this needs behavioral management but how to do that?
