We have a 15 year old cat that is a rescue. She has always had a tendency to be a bit of a bad girl but the past couple of years have been a nightmare.
We recently got a puppy (about 10 months ago now) and things have only gotten worse.

We have two cats and three litter boxes.

We have tried different kinds of boxes and litter

We have deep cleaned the carpets many times

The office is gated off from the puppy because of wires and such—that’s the room she keeps marking.

We have tried different scents on the ground (chili powder, vinegar, etc.) with no luck.
The room REEKS of cat pee and it’s honestly depressing to have one room totally unusable because of the cat.
It’s hard to catch her in the act. Today I put my slippers on and, to my surprise, I got a foot full of pee...
Sometimes she poops under my desk as well.
I can’t tell you how much I’d appreciate any insight or advice. This is seriously killing me.
