Hey guys, not entirely sure if this is the correct subreddit for this question, but recently my puppy somehow removed/lost all of the skin on her central pad on both of her back paws.. I’ve tried putting a salve on it, and wrapping her feet with gauze and medical tape after cleaning them gently with warm water and some mild soap, and put a cone on her to keep her from pulling them off. She somehow managed to get them off anyway.. I’m looking for ideas of how to keep her feet covered without her being able to get the coverings off. She’s a medium sized dog, weighs about 40-45lbs, about shin height on me (I’m 5’6).. I’m considering getting a pair of kids footie pajamas to cover her back feet so that she can’t pull them off, but I wanted to ask all of you what your ideas are before I go ahead with that one.
