My kitten 6 and a half weeks eats like crazy causing him to get food all over his face I’ve given him baths with blue dawn used a wash cloths to try and get out of fur and NOTHING it still hardens on his face even after washing I’ve tried all natural baby wipes and STILL NOTHING. Idk how to get it clean please I need help
