I own a very healthy Black Orchid Siamese Fighting Fish, however I'm relatively new to owning fish like him, and I'm worried about a trip I have to go on and how it will affect him. I will be gone for 4 days tops, but I dont have a single person I can trust to take care of him nearby and dont live in an area where I can trust a neighbor to enter my house. I know Betta's are meant to go through an occasional fasting day, but I'm worried that 4 days will be too much for my little guy, even though articles say they can live up to 14 days without any food. Can anyone experienced with Betta's personally confirm or deny that Betta's can go a few days without food?
