I have a pet cat that I keep in my shed outside. It is not insulated and insulating it isn’t really an option. It gets hot in the summer but I have plenty of fans And cold water. But I am scared for what to do in winter. I don’t really have a heater to put up there and I don’t want him to burn himself or something. My dad will not let me have him inside. What do I do????
