[Help] Should I call my vet regarding my cats constipation?

My cat has been very constipated lately. To the point were she was pushing, and making crying sounds. She's been on meds. I out the litter box in my room so I can watch her go. I just watched her. She pushed for maybe around 10 seconds, then a nice looking turd cake out, or at least to me. She wasnt moaning like before. Was maybe the size of my thumb. One side was hardish? And the other side was soft. She's been on these mess for probably a month, so I'd think she'd be completely able to go now without much trouble. I don't think it's normal for cats to have to push for 10 seconds before they go, but Idk. Should I call the vet tomorrow?
