I got 2 kttens 8 weeks old about 9 days ago, and since then i haven got them to stay in a lap for more than 5 seconds, i see vids of kittens rubbing up on people,cuddling on their first day, and i haven't got that in 9. They only show ANY type of attention when they hear food other than that they just play,eat,and sleep under the stairs far away from civilization. Im thinking of getting a 10 year old cat since i think it wont have the energy of these guys and will hopefully sungle with me or do something that make me kinda happy since these guys have been nothing but a chore.

all of these clips the 1 day adopted kitten shows as much affection as ive seen in 9 days, I CANT EVEN PICK UP THE FUCKERS, lol. I feel sad, kinda crying but idk what to do like what am i doing wrong people swore up and down that cats are lovely animals and now that i got 2 i dont really see it, the way i do see it is that i am the food slave and the poop cleaner.
