Whats the deal with people who never walk their dogs? I live in an apt complex and my upstairs NEVER walks their dog or even takes it outside. Isn’t that pretty disgusting? I mean its gotta s**t somewhere right? Also, could this also be why it never shuts up at night? I have nothing against pets but I think if you have one then take responsibility for its needs.
