I think I should give my new kitten up

Hey guys!

I got a two month old russian blue kitten mix four days ago and he will not stop meowing.

I have fed him and cleaned his litter box, given him toys and he still meows very loudly and incessantly.

He does not like being in his cage and has scratched me and went crazy when I put him there. He sometimes calms down when I sit near his cage but i just don't think I'm capable of taking care of this kitten.
