Hello everyone! I've recently started a trial to adopt a blind shelter pup. We picked him up today and he's been hanging with my boyfriend most of the day. We have three cats, one of them walked past and he snapped and chased him around the room til my boyfriend got ahold of his collar and crated him. There was no sound, no growling, no snarling, no barking. I wasn't home at the time. When I got home, about an hour and a half ago, I wanted to play with him a bit so I let him out and took him on a short walk. When we got back inside one of the cats was on the bed so I kept him leashed and we couldn't tell if he snarled slightly or his lip was stuck on his teeth. He then promptly turned around and ignored the cat completely.
So pet owners of reddit, what do we do about introducing our new blind pup to the cats without anyone getting hurt? Thanks!
