I recently adopted a ragdoll kitten who is great! He has some issues always stepping in his pee or poop in the litter box and getting litter on his foot, which I clean off and he hates. I thought maybe his covered box was obstructing his vision or something so I switched to an uncovered one. He still does it, although less often. But recently when I’ve just cleaned it, he goes in there to lay down! Like he wants to take a nap! He didn’t do that with the covered one. I’m so confused! Any ideas? I don’t want him hanging out in his litter box!
