I've been lurking in a few posts and everyone's go-to advice is "go to the vet." End all. No other insights or advice. Going to the vet is definitely sound advice, but like I was saying in another comment, vet wait times in my area right now are over a month long for anything that's not an emergency due to covid. So people are going to come here in the meantime. Or they may be coming here because they can't make it to a vet for awhile for a variety of reasons, or it's just something simple they need advice on, like how best to cut your animal's nails. It would be more helpful to actually give any advice or experiences you have on the post. Most irresponsible pet owners probably wouldn't bother posting online for advice, so I'm sure the pet owner knows going to the vet is the number one option, and for some reason they can't, so just typing out "go to the vet" is pretty counterproductive and really doesn't help.
Hope all your pets are doing great and you're enjoying spending time with them during these tough times!
